Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of resumerelaunch.com and the ResumeMatch app (together, the "Service"), operated by ResumeRelaunch ("we," "our," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ResumeRelaunch uses AI to analyze your resume against a job description, identify missing keywords, produce an ATS match score, and generate a rewritten resume. Scores, keyword recommendations, and rewritten content are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular ATS score, interview outcome, or employment result.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
3. Credits and payments
- New accounts receive 2 free credits upon signup.
- Additional credits are purchased in one-time, non-subscription packs through Stripe.
- One credit is consumed each time you generate an optimized resume ("Build optimized resume"). Extracting keywords and generating an ATS score do not consume credits.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Pricing may change for future purchases; it does not affect credits you've already bought.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit metering; reverse engineer or scrape the Service; submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content as your "resume" or "job description" inputs; or resell or provide commercial access to the Service without our permission.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content, including sending it to our AI provider, solely to provide the Service to you. We don't claim ownership of your content.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies; you're responsible for reviewing any rewritten resume before submitting it to an employer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeRelaunch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any impact on your job search or hiring outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us to close your account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
